In 2021 the HSE launched a social prescribing framework for Ireland. Five years on, this webinar will consider how pharmacists can become involved in this holistic approach to health care. Using a health promotion approach, we will discuss how to implement small changes to practice for maximum impact on physical and mental wellbeing of our patients and the wider community. There will be time to reflect on the relevance to pharmaceutical care and learn about local and national resources for social prescribing.
