MASTER CLASS-‘Unleashing Your Inner Leader: Coaching Tools for Self –Leadership and Building Resilience’
Much emphasis has been placed recently on the importance of working to our strengths and developing strategies and techniques to assist us to truly reach our potential and live our best lives. Being true to ourselves, knowing what we have to offer and knowing what we stand for are the most powerful tools you can possess. In order to find clarity, build your resilience and create an effective life roadmap you must align your values and beliefs about yourself.
In this Master Class, Paula King will introduce participants to tools and techniques drawn from positive psychology, executive coaching and emotional intelligence. At the end of this workshop we will have:
– Been introduced to powerful coaching tools and techniques
– Explored approaches drawn from studies on emotional intelligence
– Have learnt to deal with difficult, ‘critical’ conversations more successfully and with better outcomes
Paula King is a psychologist and leadership coach. She is registered with the British Psychological Society on the Register of Competence in Psychological Testing and a member of the Society for Coaching Psychology. Paula holds an MSc in Coaching and Organisational Development from Portsmouth University and is President of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council in Ireland (EMCC IE).
