MBTI - Myers Briggs Type Indicator Workshops - MAY 2024

The IIOP is hosting two MBTI-Myers Briggs Type Indicator Workshops in the month of May.

• 1st May in Wexford Town
• 15th May in Donegal Town

The MBTI workshop is suitable for pharmacists who wish to develop self-awareness and understanding of personal preferences which impact on Leadership, Decision Making, Team-working and Communication. (Domain 1 of the Revised Core Competency Framework).

The workshop will use the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which provides a framework to gain insight of one’s own personal strengths and blind spots. It helps to build an understanding of how people differ in their approach to situations and how to achieve effective collaboration.
