Overview:
In this webinar, Dr Clare Meaney and Dr Caitríona McCarthy from the National Cancer Control Programme (NCCP) discuss how genomics is being used to inform cancer care in Ireland. The role of constitutional (germline) and tumour (somatic) genomic testing in helping to predict risk of cancer and personalise cancer treatment is outlined. Signposting is provided to a number of support resources for pharmacists.
