This workshop will take place online and will be facilitated by Dr. Aisling O’Leary, Ms. Claire O’Neill & Dr. Matthew Lynch of the School of Pharmacy & Biomolecular Sciences at RCSI
Pharmacists participating in this workshop will learn:
- to recognise when prescription extension may be safely and appropriately undertaken
- how to safely incorporate it into their practice
- how to utilise the range of resources available
- how to engage in a shared-decision process with pa
