In Ireland, 38% of adults report having taken the wrong dose of medication at least once. As pharmacists play an expanding role in patient care and medicines decision-making, embedding health literacy has never been more important. This webinar explores why health literacy matters in everyday pharmacy practice and signposts practical supports and training to help pharmacies promote better understanding, safer medicines use, and more confident decision-making during routine consultations.
