The NEIL Programme is a dementia research programme at TCD. With a focus on dementia prevention, brain health and understanding how the onset can be delayed or the severity of dementia symptoms reduced.

The NEIL Programme also develop educational materials, and have developed a series of 10 short, animated videos that aim to allay fears about memory loss, promote brain health and tackle the stigma associated with dementia. We are now embarking on a small research study to evaluate the ‘FreeDem Films’ and gather feedback from viewers.

By taking a survey you can help the programme learn how effective these films are, help them make better films and potentially secure funding for future films. They are looking for both people who have already seen one of the films and for people who have not seen any of the films.

If you have already seen one or more of the films:

Please take this 15-minute survey. Please click this link https://goo.gl/2UW9zg   (or copy and paste it into your browser).

We are interested in what you can recall about the films so please do NOT watch the films before taking the survey. You can, of course, watch the films again after you complete the survey.

If you have never seen the any of the films before:

Simply visit h ttp://freedemliving.com/research and choose any of the 10 surveys shown.

If you wish you can take more than one survey but we will be delighted if you take just one.
