2016/17 Connolly Hospital & IRNF Rheumatology Education Programme - 26 November
Pharmacist Accredited CPD Training
Supporting the Deeper Integration of Pharmacists into the Rheumatology Patient Care Pathway
The Connolly / IRNF Rheumatology Education Programme is delighted to have secured funding to offer (for the first time) a pilot rheumatology based education meeting specifically for pharmacists nationally to enhance the integration of pharmacists as a valuable link in continuing the care pathway initiated within a hospital setting.
To date, pharmacists have often been under-represented as members of the patients' healthcare team in the care pathway. As you will see in the below agenda, this programme aims to address this and the pilot event is uniquely focused on one patient's journey as she navigates the intricacies of the healthcare system.
To secure a place, pharmacists should mail the IRNF secretary at irnforum@gmail.com by TUES 01 NOVEMBER .
