The Irish Institute of Pharmacy (IIOP) has issued a call for Expressions of Interest (EoI) from providers of seasonal influenza vaccination training programmes (SIVTP) for the 2015/16 winter season to submit applications for accreditation of ab initio, Refresher-Level 1 courses of training and/or training on anaphylaxis management including CPR. Providers who wish to be included in the accreditation process for 2015/2016 are required to confirm this intent to the IIOP in writing by no later than the 6th March 2015. Providers who express interest will then be supplied with Guidelines for Providers of Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Training Programmes 2015/16 and the appropriate 2015/2016 application form.
A completed application form for accreditation must then be submitted to the IIOP for each relevant course, together with the required supporting documentation, by the 27th March 2015.
