The Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) are currently seeking feedback on the Draft Standard for Diagnosis and Adverse Reactions datasets and CDA specifications.
The results of this consultation will help to inform the final national standard dataset and CDA specifications for Diagnosis and Adverse Reactions.
