Practice Review forms part of the larger CPD system for pharmacists in Ireland. The first Practice Review event took place in April 2018. The next cohort of pharmacists have now been randomly selected by the PSI to participate in Practice Review April 2019. The IIOP is committed to enabling the profession to prepare for the Practice Review process as it has done for other aspects of the CPD system, such as ePortfolio Review.

This roadshow will provide an overview of the Practice Review process and an opportunity to ask questions. It will be beneficial to individuals who have been selected for Practice Review in April 2019 or who just wish to learn more about the process.

Tea and coffee will be available at the venue from 19:30 and IIOP team members will be available to chat informally about any aspect of the IIOPs work. The session will commence promptly at 20:00.

We encourage attendees to submit questions through the event registration forum ahead of the event to ensure IIOP can tailor the event to meet the specific needs of attendees.

How to submit a question for the event?

  • Once you have registered for this event, you will be able to submit questions for the event by following these steps:
  • Follow the link to the course from the 'My courses' section of the website
  • On the event page, click on the link 'What questions do you want answered at the Practice Review event? ’ and type your questions in there
  • Questions will be accepted until 48 hours before the event (but you will also have an opportunity to ask other questions on the night)

Who is this event for?

This roadshow will be of particular interest to pharmacists who have been selected to participate in Practice Review October 2018. It would also be of interest to pharmacists who are eligible for selection for Practice Review, i.e. pharmacists practicing in patient-facing roles.
