The benefits of mentoring in the pharmacy profession are also explored, and these include gaining confidence, developing communication skills, gaining and understanding different perspectives, and also receive support throughout one's career. The speakers also highlight the undeniable importance of creating a safe and open space for mentorship, as well as the value of a strong bond between mentor and mentee.

Overall, mentoring is described as a human-focused process that helps pharmacists adapt, build resilience, and feel respected within the profession.
